Description:

Binh Thuan Province is bordered by Lam Dong on the north; on the southeast by the South China Sea; on the northeast by Ninh Thuan; on the west by Ba Ria-Vung Tau and Dong Nai.

Binh Thuan citizens still follow traditional values of Sa Huynh and Cham ancient cultures.

Economy:
Agriculture, marine resources, wood-processing industry.

Natural beauty sights:
Hon Rom Resort, Mui Ne (2), Khe Ga Lighthouse (3), Lao Cau Islet (6), Phu Quy Island (5). Lovely landscapes, mountains stretching from west to east touching the beautiful beaches.

Historic sights:
Co Thach Pagoda, Po Klong Garai Tower (1), Ta Cu Pagoda (4). Many great architectural sites such as towers, communal houses, pagodas, temples, shrines, and tombs litter the province.

Tourist sights:
Popular tourist sites include Ca Na, Mui Ne (2), Ham Tan, Phan Thiet.

Festivals:
Dinh Thay Festival, Mbang Kate Festival. Lively cultural activities including festivals, traditional customs, dancing, and traditional music.

Transport:

Phan Thiet, the capital, is 120 kilometres south of Phan Rang, 247 kilometres south of Da Lat,  250 kilometres southwest of Nha Trang, 198 kilometres northwest of Ho Chi Minh City.

National Highway 1 runs through Phan Thiet. Transportation services include rail and road.

Transport - Rail
Muong Man Railway Station serves Phn Thiet and is located some 12 kilometres to the west of the city. Express trains have scheduled stops, or special request stops for groups, here. Taxi and minibus service is available in to Phan Thiet.

Transport - Bus
Phan Thiet Bus Station is on Tu Van Tu Street, north of downtown. Local and long distance bus services to Ho Chi Minh City, Long Khanh, and Mui Ne and beyond stop here. Tickets should be purchased the day prior to departure.
