Description:
Kon Tum Province is in the Central Tay Nguyen Highlands or Central Highlands and is bordred on the north by Quang Nam; on the south by Gia Lai; on the east by Quang Ngai and on the west by Laos.

Transport:

Kon Tum is 49 kilometres north of Plei Ku; 246 kilometres north of Buon Ma Thuot; 198 kilometres northwest of Qui Nhon and 436 kilometres nor-northwest of Nha Trang.

Road
Buses and minibuses leave for Plei Ku, Buon Ma Thuot, Qui Nhon, Quang Ngai, and Hue, Ha Noi, Nha Trang and Ho Chi Minh City/SaiGon on a daily basis.
