Description:
Quang Ngai Province is located in the Central ViętNam, almost equidistant from extremity of ViętNam. Bordered on the north by Quang Ngai; Binh Dinh and a few kilometres of Gia Lai on the south; South China Sea coastline on the east and Kon Tum, atop a mountain range, on the west.

Economy:
Agriculture, cattle breeding.

My Khe Beach, Sa Huynh Beach.

Historic sights:
Chau Sa Citadel, Mai Son Pagoda, Ong Pagoda, Sa Huynh and Ba Gia Battlefields.

Transport:

Quang Ngai City is 888 kilometres south of Ha Noi; 238 kilometres south of Hue; 174 kilometres south of Qui Nhon; 131 kilometres south of Da Nang; 100 kilometres from Hoi An; 60 kilometres north of Sa Huynh Beach. Quang Ngai has rail and road links.

Rail
he Quang Ngai Railway Station is 3 kilometres west of the town centre. Express trainS stop at Quang Ngai.

Bus
Quang Ngai Bus Station is on Nguyen Nghiem Street with buses to Buon Ma Thuot, Da Lat, Hoi An, Kon Tum, Plei Ku, and Ho Chi Minh City.

Minibus
There are tourist minibuses between Quang Ngai and Hoi An. It takes about two hours.
