Description:

Binh Dinh Province is located on the coast of Central ViętNam and its geographic features form four well defined regions: highlands, lowlands, plains, and coast.

It is bordered on the north by Quang Ngai; Phu Yen on the south; South China Sea on the east and  Gia Lai on the west.

Economy:
Agriculture, fishery. Fish, marble, precious wood, rice, shrimp, silk, swallow nest, titanium, vegetable oil and handicraft articles.

Natural beauty sights:
Ham Mo Springs, Hoi Van, Quy Hoa, Thi Nai Lowlands.

Historic sights:
Cham Tower, Doi Tower, Duong Long Tower.

Festivals:
Binh Dinh is also the home of old folk opera, and Bai Choi folk songs. Do Gian Festival, Dong Da Festival, Thi Tu Village Festival.

Transport:

Qui Nhon is 1,655 kilometres south of Ha Noi and is serviced by air, rail and road. Qui Nhon is 174 kilometres south of Quang Ngai and 304 kilometres south of Da Nang, 186 kilometres east of  Plei Ku, 223 kilometres northeast of Buon Ma Thuot, 238 kilometres north of Nha Trang and  677 kilometres north of Ho Chi Minh City/SaiGon.

Air
The Phu Cat Airport (VIH) is 36 kilometres north of Qui Nhon City and has only scheduled services to Ho Chi Minh City/SaiGon for links to other parts of the country. Use Nha Trang Airport (NHA) for far better connections - use rail or bus to get there.

Rail
Qui Nhon Train Station is 1 kilometre north-west of the city centre (near the intersection with Le Hong Phong Street),
Tel: +84-(0)-56-822-036. The Express Trains stop at Dieu Tri Railway Station, 10 kilometres inland from the city, 

Road
Qui Nhon is close by National Highway 1 as well as Porvincial Highway 19 that climbs up to Plei Ku in the Central Highlands.

The local bus station is opposite 543 Tran Hung Dao Street, Tel:
+84-(0)-56-822-246. The long distance Express Bus Station is at 14 Nguyen Hue Street, Tel: +84-(0)-56-822-172. Buses departing for Buon Ma Thuot, Da Lat, Da Nang, Dong Hoi, Ha Noi, Hue, Nha Trang, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Vinh, and Ho Chi Minh City. The tickets are sold from 06.30H to 17.00H.
