Description:
Tuyen Quang Province is located
in Viet Bac, the northern part of ViętNam. It is bordered on the north; by Ha Giang; Vinh Phuc on the south; on the east by Cao Bang, Bac Kan and Thai Nguyen; on the west by Yen Bai and Phu Tho.

The tropical climate influenced by north Asian climate is divided in two seasons; dry cold winter and hot rainy summer. The province has an annual average rainfall varying between 1,500 and 1,800 millimetres.

Note: Tuyen Quang is the southern portion of the former Ha Tuyen Province.

Natural beauty sights:
Tuyen Quang Province is characterised by majestic mountains with peaks exceeding 2,000 metres above sea level, My Lan Spring (1). Angel Cave at Han Yen; Thien Ke Cave at Suong Duong).

Historic sights:
Cave Pagoda at Yen Son; Dat Nong Tien at Tuyen Quang, Tan Trao Communal House (2) and Hong Thai Communal House, Thuong Temple in Tuyen Quang.

Gieng Tanh village festival, 'Qua Tang' festival of Dao Ethnic group.

Transport:
