Me and a friend have recently been sending SMS (text)
messages to each other, but it appears that none of my messages go through, and only some of theirs get through to me.
I am currently living in Ireland.
Has anyone else had this problem themselves, or has any
possible solutions?

One of the
Vietnamese cell system operators has a problem. Do not simply hit Reply, store the callers number in
memory and then recall the recipients number from memory, complete the message and hit Send.
The
problem lies in the transmitted message format - by entering a 'clean' version of the number you eliminate the format
