Foreigners/Travellers permitted to use? WomPom There are numerous border crossings
between VietNam Cambodia, China and Laos all of which can be used by citizens of these countries to travel for one-day
periods using only their Identity Cards Foreigners/Travellers are restricted as to which border points
they may use and these are further restricted by hours of operation which are supposed to be 07.30H through 16.30H -
but guards take lengthy lunch breaks.
