Air Canada has, since the collapse of Canadian Airlines International, proved to be
both venal in its business practices and untrustworthy in its dominant position.
Simply put, it has abused it's position.
Recently (2003 February) documents were revealed that described plans that it
had used to force competitors out of business - described by one as a 'dirty
tricks campaign'.
We urge Travel Agents, and Passengers, to use these independent carriers. Should there be a
negative price impact, ask your Client if they are prepared to pay a few extra
dollars to maintain choice in travel.
